Meet the Team

Marshall Coffey (aka “Mar-Co”) is a family man. He has been married to Lara Jane for 26 years and they have five children. A native Texan, Marshall grew up in Abilene and graduated from Abilene Christian University in 1999 with a Bachelor’s degree and in 2003 with a Master’s degree. 

Marshall has 30+ years experience in construction and woodworking. He considers himself a tradesman, having experience in multiple areas of construction including finish carpentry, framing, drywall, tile, and more. After success in remodel, he transitioned to new construction in 2018 and applied his knowledge and attention to detail toward designing and crafting beautiful, quality homes. 

Marshall is committed to customer service and great communication. He believes the building process is a partnership with home owners to achieve a great result and ongoing relationship. 

Cady is Marshall's oldest daughter, and she started working for him in June of 2024. She is currently studying project management at Colorado Christian University and will graduate with a Bachelor's degree in December of 2025.

Cady helps Marshall in the office, keeping up with paperwork and financials, as well as in design meetings, on-site, and helping customers make selections.
