Usually the Consult, Design, and Contract take 1-2 months, and the Build takes 6-8 months. This is dependent on many factors, including weather, supply availability, etc. We will give your build the priority it deserves and push it through to quality completion.

NO! Hopefully that's a relief. The planning and design stage is critical but can be daunting if you're not experienced. Marshall and his team will guide you through the process of designing a fully custom home. So whether you have a plan in hand, found a picture online, jotted one on a napkin, or have no clue where to start, WE HAVE YOU COVERED!

During each phase of the process you will have direct access to the builder, Marshall. He will be keeping you up-to-date. You will also be able to talk with him on site and through phone/text as needed. Marshall is "hands on" and you will never have to wonder if he is attentive to your project.
