The Consult, Design, and Contract may take 3-6 months, and the Build may take 8-12 months. This is dependent on many factors, including the size of the home, custom features, weather, supply availability, etc. We will give your build the priority it deserves and guide it through to quality completion. 

Custom homes come with custom prices. We understand the need to investigate how much home you can afford or whether a new home is the right decision. NO! We hope that's a relief. The planning and design stage is critical but can be daunting if you're not experienced. Marshall and his team will guide you through the process of designing a fully custom home. So whether you have a plan in hand, found a picture online, jotted one on a napkin, or have no clue where to start, WE HAVE YOU COVERED!

During each phase of the process you will have direct access to the builder, Marshall, and our office manager, Cady. You will also have 24/7 personalized client portal through our construction software. We will keep you up-to-date so you will never have to wonder what is happening with your project.
